THE DOOR IS OPEN
OUR LADY'S CHAPEL, located between the new church and the community center, offers a place for quiet and peaceful prayer and contemplation. The chapel is dedicated to Mary, Mother of Jesus, and features windows picturing the Annunciation, the Nativity, the Visitation, the Fourth Station of the Cross when Jesus meets His afflicted Mother, the Pieta, and the Assumption. The focus of the chapel is the 6-foot white Italian Carrara marble statue of the Blessed Mother.
The shrine and the statue were donated by Mr. Neil Meskers. The pews, from the old church, are reminders of days gone by in St. Anastasia Catholic Church's history.
Visit the chapel daily between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Glass candleholders, with an impression of the statue on them, may be purchased at the Little Flower Gift Shop. The candles may be lit and placed in the candle stand in the chapel. The candles are also ideal for home use or gift giving. The price is $5 each.
